NewYork-Presbyterian has been ranked fifteenth by InformationWeek Elite 100. This is the fourth time NewYork-Presbyterian has been recognized on the list of top business technology innovators in the country. As described in NewYork-Presbyterian's press release, NewYork-Presbyterian's IntelliBridge Enterprise provides a single, standard-point of interoperability between a patient monitoring system, the Hospital admission, discharge, and transfer (ADT) feed and electronic medical record (EMR). According to Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Daniel Barchi, this interoperability "allows us to seamlessly integrate patient vital signs and other critical data into our EMR, giving our providers a very clear view of a patient's health."
